Our fractional CO2 laser delivers controlled micro-beams of energy to remove damaged skin and stimulate collagen remodeling underneath. By targeting precise zones while leaving surrounding tissue intact, healing is faster, and results are more natural.
- Consultation: During your visit, we’ll assess your skin type, review your goals, and discuss whether CO2 laser is the right fit for you.
- Preparation: We’ll provide a tailored pre-treatment plan (sun avoidance, stopping retinoids, antiviral prophylaxis if needed, etc.).
- Treatment Day: After topical numbing, the laser is passed over the treatment area. Sessions typically last 30–75 minutes depending on areas treated.
- Recovery: Redness, swelling, and peeling are normal for the first several days. Most patients heal within 1–2 weeks with mild pinkness lasting up to several weeks. Recovery does depend on how light versus aggressive the treatment was. Consider adding topical platelet derived growth factor (PDGF+) to help accelerate healing
- Results: Skin becomes smoother, clearer, and firmer over the next 4–6 weeks as new collagen develops. Improvements continue for up to 6 months.

Following your treatment, you’ll receive detailed home-care instructions to minimize risks and optimize healing. Typical guidelines include:
- Keep treated areas clean and well-moisturized
- Avoid picking or scrubbing peeling skin
- Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily with strict sun avoidance for first 10-14 days.
- Follow any prescribed topical medications
- Temporary redness, swelling, or pigment changes can occur but are usually short-lived with proper care.
Results typically last around 5 years, potentially more with proper skincare and lifestyle. Results fade faster with poor habits (e.g., sun exposure, smoking, poor diet).
